The founder of The Self Esteem Doctor Academy does not dispense medical advice or prescribe the use of any technique as a form of treatment for physical, emotional or medical problems without the advice of a physician, either directly or indirectly. 

The intent of the owner, founder, teachers, affiliates and all contributors of this Academy is only to offer information of a general nature to help you and your child(red) in your quest for emotional and spiritual well-being.

The information, ideas and suggestions in The Self Esteem Doctor Academy are not intended as a substitute for professional advice. Before following any suggestions contained in this Academy, you should consult your (and/or your child’s) personal physician or mental health professional. 

Neither the founder, owner, teachers, affiliate, organizers nor any contributors shall be liable or responsible in any way for any loss or damage allegedly arising as a consequence of your and your child’s or family’s use or application of any information or suggestions in The Self Esteem Doctor Academy.

ABOUT THE CREATOR

The Self Esteem Doctor, creator of this Academy, is NOT a licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist or licensed mental health professional...and does not hold a PhD.

The Self Esteem Doctor holds an honorary Doctorate in Divinity, using the suffix, D.D.h.c., a Bachelors of Arts (B.A) in Elementary Education, a Masters of Science (MS) in Business Management as well as Certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and active membership in The Association for Integrative Psychology.

The aforementioned credits and education combined with teaching experience and a highly successful track record of NLP Coaching with kids and families has led to the advice presented in the various The Self Esteem Doctor Academy courses and lessons.

INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS

Courses and lessons in the academy are designed for individual use unless stated otherwise in the course description.  Groups may also be permitted by The Self Esteem Doctor Academy Organizers on a case by case basis, which must be agreed upon in writing, such as in scholarship applications, awards and other circumstances. 

DISTRIBUTION AND SHARING

This agreement is between the parent, guardian, or individual who is creating the account. Therefore, sharing account access and passwords with individuals or groups who have not entered into this agreement by creating an account is strictly prohibited...unless in the case of multiple siblings living in the same household.  Sharing among siblings living in the same household is highly encouraged and is not considered a violation of the terms of use.  The same applies in the case of scholarship recipients.  It should be noted that multiple accounts cannot be created under this exception.  Siblings in the same household must share the "family login" to access their course(s).

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Any perceived sharing, misuse or abuse of The Self Esteem Doctor Academy website, course content or any associated services and resources may lead to termination of your account with or without warning or refund of moneys paid.  In this event, you would not be charged any additional fees and you would receive a written notice (via email) of your account termination. 

REFUNDS

Refund policy may vary from course to course. Read individual course descriptions. The general or default policy is a 72-hour full-refund policy from the time your course was purchased in the academy.  Scholarship recipients are not entitled to refunds of any form, neither in cash or kind. 

BY SIGNING

By completing the sign up process and joining The Self Esteem Doctor Academy, in any way, for any course or lesson, free or paid, scholarship or coupon, individual or group, you are accepting and agreeing to these Terms of Use on behalf of you, your child(ren), your spouse and/or immediate family and in applicable cases, your organization.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
